"SPAGHETTI CARBONARA" RECIPE

BAHAN-BAHAN :
- 200 gram spaghetti
- 1 bawang bombai (potong-potong)
- 4 siung bawang putih (cincang)
- 1,5 sdt lada bubuk
- 1/2 sdt pala bubuk (sesuai selera)
- 1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk (sesuai selera)
- 1,5 sdt kaldu jamur (sesuai selera)
- 1,5 sdt garam (sesuai selera)
- 2,5 sdt gula pasir (sesuai selera)
- 2 sdm tepung terigu (sesuai selera)
- 10 jamur kancing (iris-iris) (Bisa diganti daging ayam, daging sapi, smoked beef, bakso, atau sosis)
- 30 gram keju parut (17 gram dimasukkan ke dalam masakan, sisanya sebagai taburan)
- 2 kuning telur (1 kuning telur saja sudah cukup)
- 3 sdm margarin (sesuai selera)
- 250 ml susu full cream (sesuai selera)
- 1 sdm minyak (sesuai selera)
- 400 ml air (sesuai selera)
- Air (untuk merebus spaghetti)
PELENGKAP :
- Keju Parut
- Oregano (Opsional)
CARA MEMBUAT "SPAGHETTI CARBONARA" :
- Didihkan air. Masukkan minyak, garam, lalu spaghetti. Rebus sampai al dente (jangan terlalu matang). Jika sudah matang, angkat, dan tiriskan
- Panaskan teflon. Masukkan margarin. Lalu masukkan jamur kancing, bawang bombai, bawang putih, dan terigu. Masak sampai layu
- Lalu tuang 400 ml air. Aduk merata dan masak sampai mendidih
- Masukkan spaghetti. Lalu tuang susu full cream. Aduk merata
- Masukkan garam, kaldu jamur, kaldu ayam bubuk, lada bubuk, pala bubuk, dan gula pasir. Aduk sampai semua tercampur rata
- Lalu masukkan keju parut dan kuning telur. Aduk sampai semua tercampur rata
- Masak sebentar, jangan terlalu lama agar tidak kering. Jika kering, tambahkan sedikit air. Jika sudah matang, pindah masakan ke dalam piring
- Taburi keju parut dan oregano (opsional)
- "SPAGHETTI CARBONARA" siap untuk disajikan

INGREDIENTS :

- 1.5 tsp mushroom stock (according to taste)
- 1.5 tsp salt (according to taste)
- 2.5 tsp sugar (according to taste)
- 2 tbsp flour (according to taste)
- 10 button mushrooms (sliced) (can be replaced with chicken, beef, smoked beef, meatballs, or sausage)
- 30 grams of grated cheese (17 grams put in cooking, the rest as a sprinkling)
- 2 egg yolks (1 egg yolk is enough)
- 3 tbsp of margarine (according to taste)
- 250 ml full cream milk (according to taste)
- 1 tbsp of cooking oil (according to taste)
- 400 ml water (according to taste)
- Water to boil spaghetti
COMPLEMENTARY :
- Grated cheese
- Oregano (Optional)
HOW TO MAKE "SPAGHETTI CARBONARA" :
- Boil the water. Add oil, salt, then spaghetti. Boil until “al dente” (don't overcook). If it's cooked, take it out, and drain it
- Heat the Teflon. Add margarine. Then add the button mushrooms, onions, garlic, and flour. Cook until wilted
- Then pour 400 ml of water. Stir well and cook until it boils
- Add spaghetti. Then pour the full cream milk. Stir evenly
- Add salt, mushroom stock, chicken stock powder, ground pepper, nutmeg powder, and sugar. Stir until everything is evenly mixed
- Then add the grated cheese and egg yolks. Stir until everything is evenly mixed
- Cook for a while, not too long so it doesn't dry out. If dry, add a little water. When it's cooked, transfer the food to a plate
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano (optional)
- "SPAGHETTI CARBONARA" is ready to serve.
