"SPAGHETTI CARBONARA" RECIPE

(INDONESIAN LANGUAGE)

BAHAN-BAHAN :

  1.  200 gram spaghetti
  2.  1 bawang bombai (potong-potong)
  3.  4 siung bawang putih (cincang)
  4.  1,5 sdt lada bubuk
  5.  1/2 sdt pala bubuk (sesuai selera)
  6.  1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk (sesuai selera)
  7.  1,5 sdt kaldu jamur (sesuai selera)
  8.  1,5 sdt garam (sesuai selera)
  9.  2,5 sdt gula pasir (sesuai selera)
  10.  2 sdm tepung terigu (sesuai selera)
  11.  10 jamur kancing (iris-iris) (Bisa diganti daging ayam, daging sapi, smoked beef, bakso, atau sosis)
  12.  30 gram keju parut (17 gram dimasukkan ke dalam masakan, sisanya sebagai taburan)
  13.  2 kuning telur (1 kuning telur saja sudah cukup)
  14.  3 sdm margarin (sesuai selera)
  15.  250 ml susu full cream (sesuai selera)
  16.  1 sdm minyak (sesuai selera)
  17.  400 ml air (sesuai selera)
  18.  Air (untuk merebus spaghetti)
PELENGKAP :
  1.  Keju Parut
  2.  Oregano (Opsional)
CARA MEMBUAT "SPAGHETTI CARBONARA" :
  1.  Didihkan air. Masukkan minyak, garam, lalu spaghetti. Rebus sampai al dente (jangan terlalu matang). Jika sudah matang, angkat, dan tiriskan
  2.  Panaskan teflon. Masukkan margarin. Lalu masukkan jamur kancing, bawang bombai, bawang putih, dan terigu. Masak sampai layu
  3.  Lalu tuang 400 ml air. Aduk merata dan masak sampai mendidih
  4.  Masukkan spaghetti. Lalu tuang susu full cream. Aduk merata
  5.  Masukkan garam, kaldu jamur, kaldu ayam bubuk, lada bubuk, pala bubuk, dan gula pasir. Aduk sampai semua tercampur rata
  6.  Lalu masukkan keju parut dan kuning telur. Aduk sampai semua tercampur rata
  7.  Masak sebentar, jangan terlalu lama agar tidak kering. Jika kering, tambahkan sedikit air. Jika sudah matang, pindah masakan ke dalam piring
  8.  Taburi keju parut dan oregano (opsional)
  9.  "SPAGHETTI CARBONARA" siap untuk disajikan

  8.  1.5 tsp salt (according to taste)
  9.  2.5 tsp sugar (according to taste)
  10.  2 tbsp flour (according to taste)
  11.  10 button mushrooms (sliced) (can be replaced with chicken, beef, smoked beef, meatballs, or sausage)
  12.  30 grams of grated cheese (17 grams put in cooking, the rest as a sprinkling)
  13.  2 egg yolks (1 egg yolk is enough)
  14.  3 tbsp of margarine (according to taste)
  15.  250 ml full cream milk (according to taste)
  16.  1 tbsp of cooking oil (according to taste)
  17.  400 ml water (according to taste)
  18.  Water to boil spaghetti
COMPLEMENTARY :
  1.  Grated cheese
  2.  Oregano (Optional)
HOW TO MAKE "SPAGHETTI CARBONARA" :
  1.  Boil the water. Add oil, salt, then spaghetti. Boil until “al dente” (don't overcook). If it's cooked, take it out, and drain it
  2.  Heat the Teflon. Add margarine. Then add the button mushrooms, onions, garlic, and flour. Cook until wilted
  3.  Then pour 400 ml of water. Stir well and cook until it boils
  4.  Add spaghetti. Then pour the full cream milk. Stir evenly
  5.  Add salt, mushroom stock, chicken stock powder, ground pepper, nutmeg powder, and sugar. Stir until everything is evenly mixed
  6.  Then add the grated cheese and egg yolks. Stir until everything is evenly mixed
  7.  Cook for a while, not too long so it doesn't dry out. If dry, add a little water. When it's cooked, transfer the food to a plate
  8.  Sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano (optional)
  9.  "SPAGHETTI CARBONARA" is ready to serve.
